How to complain
Email us at hello@leadandtrade.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line, or use our contact form. Please include your name, what happened, any reference numbers, and what outcome you're looking for.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint and may ask for more detail.
- We investigate fairly, contacting other parties where relevant.
- We aim to provide a resolution or update within a reasonable timeframe.
Disputes about leads
If your complaint is about a specific lead, tradespeople should also raise a dispute from the dashboard — see our refund policy.
Important
Lead and Trade introduces homeowners and tradespeople but is not a party to the works contract between them. For disputes about the work itself, the homeowner and tradesperson should resolve matters directly; we will assist with information where we reasonably can.
