Refund & lead credit policy

Fair treatment when a lead genuinely isn't what it should be.

Last updated: 19 June 2026

When a refund applies

If you unlock a lead that is genuinely defective, you can raise a dispute for a credit refund. Eligible reasons include:

  • The contact details are fake or non-existent.
  • The lead is a duplicate you have already unlocked.
  • The job is for a different trade than advertised.
  • The job has been grossly misrepresented.

When it doesn't

Refunds are not given simply because a homeowner chose another tradesperson, didn't answer immediately, or decided not to proceed. These are normal parts of competing for work.

How to claim

Raise a dispute from your contractor dashboard within the stated window, with any supporting detail. We review disputes fairly and, where valid, return the credits to your wallet.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are governed by the plan terms at checkout. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard.
