Lead and Trade

For tradespeople

Lead quality policy

What we do to keep leads genuine, and what to do if one isn't.

How we score leads

Every job is assessed for quote-readiness and lead quality before it's shown to tradespeople. Factors include a valid postcode, a clear description, complete contact details, urgency, budget range, whether photos are supplied, and recorded consent.

Leads are labelled clearly — for example Excellent, Good, Needs more detail, or Low confidence — so you can decide what's worth unlocking before you spend a credit.

Spam and duplicate checks

We screen for duplicate and spam submissions and route anything suspicious to admin review. We don't knowingly sell obvious spam leads.

What you see before unlocking

  • Trade and job type
  • Rough area and outward postcode
  • Urgency and budget range
  • Quote-readiness and quality labels
  • Whether photos or video are available
  • The lead price and how many trades may unlock it

Customer name, phone, email, exact address and uploaded media are never shown until you unlock the lead.

Disputes and refunds

If you unlock a lead that turns out to be fake, duplicate, the wrong trade, or grossly misrepresented, raise a dispute from your dashboard. Genuine bad leads are eligible for a credit refund under our refund policy.
