Genuine reviews only
Reviews may only be left by homeowners about work genuinely carried out through a connection made on the platform. We do not publish fake, incentivised or fabricated reviews, and we never display invented ratings or scores.
Moderation
Reviews may be checked for authenticity and against our content rules. We may remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, abusive, contain personal data, or breach these rules.
Reporting a review
Tradespeople and homeowners can report a review they believe breaches this policy. We will review reports fairly and may contact both parties.
No pay-to-remove
We do not remove genuine negative reviews in exchange for payment. Verification badges and ratings are only ever shown when they are real.
