A lead currently costs 4–18 credits to unlock. The cost depends on the job and its detail strength. You see the exact amount before you spend.
A simple example
With the £20 Starter Pack, each credit costs £1. A 6-credit enquiry uses £6 of that pack’s value. Your remaining 14 credits stay in your account.

How many credits does a lead cost?
Lead unlocks currently cost between 4 and 18 credits, depending on the job and its detail strength. The exact cost is displayed before you unlock.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. Create a free profile and buy credit packs as you need them. Optional Quotessa membership costs £19/month for saved quotes, email sending and customer responses. Lead credits are purchased separately.
Does buying a lead guarantee paid work?
No. An unlock gives you access to an enquiry. You still need to discuss the job, provide a quote and agree the work with the customer.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices exclude VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Review the final total and any applicable tax in checkout before paying.
What if an enquiry is clearly wrong?
You can request a review for duplicate, fake, wrong-trade, already completed or clearly inaccurate leads. See the lead quality and refund policies for the conditions.
