What are Lead & Trade credits?
Credits are used by trade members to unlock suitable leads after seeing a privacy-safe preview. The unlock cost is shown before credits are spent.
Can I preview a lead before unlocking?
Yes. Trades can preview trade category, rough location, urgency, budget range, photos where allowed and job detail strength before choosing whether to unlock.
Does paying for a lead guarantee a job win?
No. Lead & Trade does not guarantee that any unlocked lead will become paid work. Homeowners choose who to speak to and whether to proceed.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Public guide prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Final checkout totals and VAT treatment depend on the configured product and account setup.
What if a lead is clearly wrong?
Trades can request a fair review for duplicate, wrong-trade, fake, already completed or clearly inaccurate leads under the lead quality and refund policies.
