Internal plastering repair and skimming works to areas affected by damp and deterioration, including bedrooms, lounge/living areas and hallways/landings. Works include inspection, preparation, removal of loose or defective plaster, patch repairs, re-skimming and making good. Contractor to supply suitable materials and leave surfaces smooth, sound and ready for decoration. All proposed works, materials, variations and costs must be submitted to the Procurement Officer for review and approval before commencement.
